That stage switch is the reason this Anime Squadron value list disagrees with a flat tier list: a unit that is worth every Core you own at endgame can be a trap on day two, when the same Cores would have bought you a working carry instead.

How we rank value
Value is not the same as tier. A Mythic you cannot use well is worth less than an Epic that funds your whole account. I score each unit on four things, then shift the weights by your stage, because what is worth your Gems on Day 1 is not what is worth them at endgame.

How hard it is to get. Evolve-only Secrets cost Cores and days, so they score lower for new accounts.
Fastwagon earns Yen, so it jumps to the top for fresh accounts even at Epic rarity.
Whether spending Trait Shards and Primal Cores on this unit pays back, flagged in the table.
Rankings track the live in-game meta. A balance patch can move a unit, so I re-score on every numbered update. Treat the score as a priority guide, not a hard number.

What is the best value unit in Anime Squadron?
For a fresh account, Fastwagon is the highest-value pull because it is the only Yen earner and pays for everything else. For endgame, Gometa (SSJ4) tops the value list as the strongest carry. The list above re-ranks by your game stage so the answer changes as you progress.
Is there a trading value list in Anime Squadron?
No. Anime Squadron has no player trading market, so there is no trade value the way other Roblox games have. On this page, "value" means how worth your time, Gems, Trait Shards and Primal Cores a unit is. That is the number we score.
Which units are worth rerolling for Superior?
Only confirmed long-term carries, the S and A tier units with a strong base trait. Rerolling a B-tier or starter unit wastes Trait Shards you will want later. The "Worth rerolling" column flags the ones that pay back the Shards.
Should I evolve a unit before or after rerolling its trait?
Reroll the trait first, then evolve. Evolution is expensive in Primal Cores and the trait carries over, so locking Superior on the base form before you fuse saves you a second grind.
Does the value list change with every update?
Yes. UPD 0.75 sped up the early economy, which is why Fastwagon and other Economy-role units score higher on the New stage than they did before this patch. Check the "Last updated" date at the top before you trust a Day 1 pull decision to it.
What's the difference between the tier list and the value list?
The tier list ranks raw combat strength: what wins a fight if both accounts are maxed. This page flips the question to what a unit costs you to get there, so a Mythic that needs 40 Primal Cores can score lower than an Epic you already have maxed.
Should a free-to-play account trust the reroll recommendations here?
The "Worth rerolling" column already assumes you're spending Shards earned from codes and dailies, not bought ones. If a unit shows Maybe or No, don't burn a paid Gem purchase chasing its Superior trait; save it for an S-tier carry instead.
