Superior - our model puts it near +300% DMG / +300% HP / +30% range / +1 deploy slot (no official numbers are published). Reroll BEFORE evolving.
Best gear
Mythic set (Sword + Core)
Verdict
Gometa is a top-meta carry in UPD 0.75 - worth your Trait Shards and Primal Cores.
Anime Squadron Gometa: the full carry build
Gometa (SSJ4) is the unit most accounts build toward, and the reason is simple: nothing else in Anime Squadron clears endgame waves as fast for as little upkeep. It is a Secret, so there is no pull for it. You build it through the Goki line, which is what makes it both the strongest and the slowest carry in the game.
The road is Goki (base, a free Common) to Goki (SSJ4 FP) through the Full Power evolution, then into the Primal Fusion questline that ends in Gometa. The Full Power step matters on its own. Goki SSJ4 FP is an A-tier Mythic-class DPS that holds early and mid content by itself, so your Primal Cores are not dead weight while you grind the final fusion.
Before you fuse, reroll the base or Full Power form toward the Superior trait. Komplex Studio publishes no trait numbers, so the figures we model for Superior (roughly +300% damage, +300% HP, +30% range, an extra deploy slot) are our estimate rather than a spec sheet - but the trait does carry through the evolution, which is what matters for ordering. Rerolling after you fuse means re-grinding a far more expensive unit, so lock the trait early. Pair Gometa with a Mythic gear set built around its Sword and Core slots, and slot Shinks behind it for the support uptime.
If you are still early, do not rush the final fusion. Pull Fastwagon for Yen, clear dailies for Primal Cores, and let the Full Power form carry while the questline catches up. Most accounts that play one focused session a day reach Gometa in the back half of their first couple of weeks.
